As of July 4, 2011, most of my blogs are on indefinite sabbatical, but you can still keep up with me at KyForward, Twitter, my writing and photo blogs, and JSH News!

Rayluma Gallery
Their website is still up, but this art-glass gallery is long gone. Google Maps Street View shows the building empty last year, back when Magnolia Belles was operating next door (it's Friends Lapidary and Jewelers now).
Jeffrey Scott Holland's new novel "Toulouse-inations" now available!
Mission Statement
As the economy continues to spiral downward, I'm going to take a moment each day and salute an empty building in our fair city of Louisville. (It's all grist for my someday-to-be-published 15-volume book What Used To Be Where Back In The Day; start reserving your copies now.)
This blog's ONLY concern is empty storefronts, for their own sake. In general, I have no idea if these stores went out of business, or moved elsewhere, nor is it really within the scope of this blog to seek that info out.
